Fabrics and Materials

Yes, we have a wide selection of both indoor and outdoor materials. Our outdoor/canvas material is weather-resistant and very durable.

No. We exclusively use fabric that we have sourced from our suppliers. This ensures that the fabric is appropriate for the job you require, as well as quality control. If you already have your own material, feel free to consult us and perhaps we can accommodate you.

Quoting and Payments

Our quoting and invoicing process is done digitally. Initially, we will correspond with you via WhatsApp to determine the specifics of the job, e.g. scale, materials. A quote will be emailed to you and, once paid, further correspondence will continue on WhatsApp. We will notify you when the job is complete, after which the remained of the invoice will be emailed to you. Once paid, we will WhatsApp you the delivery slip from the courier for you to track your items.

Yes, we require 50% deposit before we get started on you job.

You will receive you quote/invoice via email to be paid online. Alternatively, we accept eft payments. No cash on delivery.

Turn-around time

We have a base-timeline of  2 weeks for each job. However, this may change based on the scale of your job, or the time of year we receive your request. Any change in deadline will be communicated to you immediately.

Yes, however we may not always be able to accommodate your timeline. If we do accept your urgent request, an additional charge will be added to you quote.

Delivery and Transport

We use a trusted courier company for light-weight jobs, e.g. cushions. Alternatively, we use our own company transport to pick-up/deliver larger items like couches and chairs.

The entire Helderberg area. We do accept jobs across the western cape which subject to additional delivery costs and time.

Between R250 and R550 depending on the scale and location of the delivery (and/or pickup). This cost will be included in your quote.

Between 1 and 2 days. Once your items are with the courier, we will send you a delivery slip/number that you may use to track your delivery with the courier company.

No. Unless previously arranged, we exclusively use company transport or couriers.
